Lone Wolf Transact
Transition Guide
Transition Guide
Starting April 13, Lone Wolf Transact is available as KW's included e-signature and transaction platform inside Command. Here's what's changing, what your options are, and what you need to do.
Two dates that matter
Go-live
April 13, 2026
- Lone Wolf Transact is live inside Command
- Agents may begin connecting — note that Market Centers will still be setting up forms within compliance checklists
- Included in your KW tech at no extra cost
DocuSign integration ends
July 14, 2026
- DocuSign will no longer sync with Command
- Agents who wish to continue using DocuSign will need to create a new DocuSign account
- Dotloop integration remains unchanged
Regional training sessions
Regional training sessions will be held via Zoom every Monday and Friday starting April 17 at 2:00 PM CST — a supplement to the daily and/or weekly trainings your Market Center provides.
We strongly encourage attending training in person at your Market Center. Your MC team can speak directly to market-specific forms and workflows, making for the best learning environment.
Guiding principle — when to switch
Rule of thumb
If you plan to use Lone Wolf Transact and a transaction is expected to close after June 30, 2026, start it in Lone Wolf now — not DocuSign. Do not start in DocuSign and plan to migrate later.
Listing transactions · 60–90 day close
May 1, 2026
Any listing taken on or after May 1 that you plan to manage in Lone Wolf should be started there. Listings take 60–90 days to close — starting in DocuSign now means a manual migration problem at the July 14 cutoff.
Buyer transactions · 30–45 day close
June 1, 2026
Any buyer going under contract on or after June 1 will likely still be active at the deadline. If using Lone Wolf, start those transactions there immediately.
